Cost £200 plus travel.
I find I hate doing lectures, especially when they need to be organised round images in order to make a slide show. That’s very limiting.
I prefer if possible to have a dialogue with the audience about the aspects of the garden world which are of interest or which drive me mad – and which I have written about in various places. (eg here and here and in my books .)
So when people are willing and interested I prefer to be interviewed, and to invite the audience to join in when they have something to say. I’ve found this makes a lively and interesting event.
I usually offer a Powerpoint slide show of the Veddw to run during the interview, to spare people having to look at me all the time.
